BRITISH singer Julie Costello, wife of producer Neil Costello and best known for her work on the concept albums 'City Of Gold', 'Road To The City' and 'Shipwrecks & Islands', has released her first solo album for Gold Records. 'Lumiere' is a modern worship album based on 19th century spiritual words, prayers and blessings set to music by Phil Baggaley.
