There is estimated to be up to 103 million Chinese Christians,
and Christianity is considered the fastest-growing faith in
China. But these Christians face the threat of persecution
and suppression by their government, who even in late 2016
set out harsh new religious restrictions. With increases in
persecution and a lack of Bibles and Christian leaders, it’s
clear that there is a very real danger to the Christian church in
China.
